KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- Tech. Sgt. William Gaines, 8th Security Forces Squadron, acts as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and recites his “I Have a Dream” speech during a skit that took place during the MLK celebration at the chapel here Jan. 14.
