F-35s land at Kunsan for Vigilant Storm 23
Four U.S. Marine Corps F-35B Lightning II aircraft with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 242 taxi down the flightline at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Oct. 31, 2022. The aircraft traveled to Kunsan as a part of the Pacific Air Forces command sponsored VIGILANT STORM 23 training event. VIGILANT STORM integrates U.S. and ROK forces to train on mutual support procedures and maximizes command and control capabilities to improve understanding and trust between the two nations.
