KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea - Chief Master Sergeant Ronnie Woods is the Superintendent for the 375th Operations Group, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. He serves a critical role on the command team as a key strategist, operational advisor, tactical partner, mentor and advocate for the operational component of the 375th Air Mobility Wing. Advising the Commander concerning a diverse team of 575 military, civilian and contract personnel “executing rapid global mobility” and total force integration partnerships with the Air National Guard’s 126th Air Refueling Wing KC-135 aircraft and Air Force Reserve’s 932d Airlift Wing C-40 aircraft. The 375th Operations Group includes six squadrons and one detachment located at three different locations within the United States, a $3.6 million budget and 14 C-21 Learjet aircraft valued at $70 million. Additionally, the Operations Group executes aeromedical evacuation, aeromedical evacuation formal training on behalf of the Air Force, airfield operations, air traffic control, C-21 pilot formal training, executive senior leader air transport, combat flight inspection, evaluation of new aviation technologies and total force integrated air refueling of critical DoD assets.
