Charles Nicholls, Pacific Air Forces Historian briefs a group of Republic of Korea Air Force Public Affairs Officers on the air strikes of Dec. 7, 1941 in the Courtyard of Heros at Joint Base Peral Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii on Sept. 11, 2018.
