Working around the clock: 8 CES HVAC keeps things cool
Staff Sgt. Myron Gordon, 8th Civil Engineer Squadron Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration shop journeyman, uses a hose to remove cut grass and dirt from the coils of an air chiller at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea, June 30, 2014. The coils need to be kept clean in order for air to travel across the surface and to avoid the pipes clogging and freezing. This is one of the many maintenance tasks HVAC Airmen complete to keep mission essential facilities and equipment cool and functional. (U.S. Air Force photo by 1st Lt. Earon Brown/Released)
