Ground-Breaking Ceremony
KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- Base officials and Army Corps of Engineers assigned here team with a local construction company participate in the Korean Gosa Ceremony after the ground breaking ceremony here May 21. The ceremony marked the beginning of a “Dorms-4-Airmen” project, which is scheduled to be completed in September 2010. The Gosa is a traditional Korean ceremony conducted at the commencement of a new business or construction endeavor to bring safety and prosperity to all involved.
