Courageous Channel 09-01
More than 160 cots were assembled for civilians in the base theater in support of the non-combatant evacuation operation Courageous Channel 09-01 at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea, May 15. The cots were used in case the non-combatant evacuees have to stay overnight before departing the base. The NEO exercise tests the 8th Fighter Wing's, along with the rest of U.S. Forces in Korea’s, capabilities to evacuate non-combatants from the country.
