New Viper takes the reigns
Colonel Jeffery Lofgren, 8 Fighter Wing Commander, hands the 8th Operations Group guidon to Colonel Kenneth Rizer, new 8th OG commander, during the change of command ceremony here May 18. Col. Rizer was last assigned to Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama as a student of the Air Warfare College. The 8th OG's outgoing commander, Col.
