Change of Command
Seventh Air Force Commander Lt. Gen. Stephen Wood, hands the 8th Fighter Wing guidon to Col. Charles "Wolf" Brown, new 8th FW commander, during the change of command ceremony here May 25. General Wood said during his speech Col.
