555 Departure
KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- Airmen from the 555th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron, board an aircraft here Oct. 8. The Airmen are headed back to Aviano Air Base, Italy after a four-month deployment here. The deployment is part of a continued commitment the U.S. has to South Korea to ensure stability and security in the region. The deployment was also the first for a United States Air Forces in Europe unit to deploy to a Pacific Air Forces base. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Steven R. Doty)
