Gen. Moulton Visit

KUNSAN AIR BASE, South Korea -- Captain Peter Choi, 8th Civil Engineer Squadron, explains to Brig. Gen. Harold Moulton, 7th Air Force vice commander, the design plans of the new base theater currently under construction Oct. 18 here. Besides touring the new theater Gen. Moulton flew with the 80th Fighter Squadron, visited the water treatment plant and spent the majority of his time speaking with Airmen from across the base providing them with general officer mentoring and thanking them for their service.
