Red Flag Alaska

KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- Wolf Pack members board a KC-10 Extender to depart for a Red Flag-Alaska Exercise April 12. Red Flag-Alaska is a 10-day air combat training exercise that provides joint offensive counter-air, interdiction, close air support and large force employment training in a simulated combat environment. The exercise provides an operations training environment for participants such as unit-level intelligence experts, pilots, maintenance crews and command and control elements.
