KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- Capt. Jared Hand, 8th Operation Support Squadron weather flight commander, quickly rolls up a fire hose during the fire department relay race here July 4. Captain Hand's three-man team won the event finishing 10 different challenges with an overall time of 3 minutes and 14 seconds. In addition to the relay race, there was also a five kilometer run, cardboard boat race, a free barbecue and more, culminating in a fireworks show at the end of the night.
