KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- Master Sgt. Kirk Marcum, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces Inspector General member, speaks with Tech. Sgt. Timothy Ostrom, 8th Logistics Readiness Squadron, NCOIC of fuels facilities, while inspecting a swivel valve used to allow vehicles to fill up with fuel as part of a Unit Compliance Inspection July 28.
