New fire trucks immersed in technology, tradition, prayer
Airmen from the 8th Civil Engineer Squadron along with other Wolf Pack Airmen help push a new fire truck into the station on Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea, April 9, 2012, as part of a long-standing tradition among firefighters. The tradition dates back to the 1800s and horse-drawn fire equipment when community members would help push the wagons back into the station after a fire because the horses could not back them in.
