General North Visits Kunsan Air Base

Deron Frailie, 8th Civil Engineer Squadron commander, awards Yu Chun Hui, 8th Civil Engineer Squadron environmental engineer section chief, with a certificate of service for his 30 years of service at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea, July 18, 2012.
