An airman basic from the 8th Security Forces Squadron received an Article15 for dereliction of duty in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The member was seen smoking in the dormitory. The commander imposed the following punishment: 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. An airman first class from the 8th Security Forces Squadron received an Article15 for failure to obey a lawful general order in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The member wrongfully consumed and purchased alcoholic beverages despite being under the legal age of 21. The commander imposed the following punishment: restriction for 30 days and a reprimand. An airman first class from the 8th Security Forces Squadron received an Article15 for failure to go in violation of Article 86, UCMJ, and failure to obey a lawful general order in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The member missed an Alcohol Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment appointment. The member wrongfully consumed and purchased alcoholic beverages despite being under the legal age of 21. The member also operated a government vehicle without a government license. The commander imposed the following punishment: reduction to the grade of airman basic with reduction below airman suspended, forfeiture of $150 pay per month for two months, restriction for 30 days and a reprimand. An airman first class from the 8th Security Forces Squadron received an Article15 for sleeping on post in violation of Article 113, UCMJ. The member was found sleeping while posted as a member of an external response team. The commander imposed the following punishment: a suspended reduction to the grade of airman and a reprimand. A senior airman from the 8th Mission Support Group received an Article15 for failure to obey a lawful general regulation in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The member wrongfully used their government travel card for unofficial purposes. The commander imposed the following punishment: a suspended reduction to the grade of airman first class, restriction for seven days, and a reprimand. A senior airman from the 8th Maintenance Squadron received an Article15 punishment for failure to obey a lawful general order, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The member was apprehended by security forces for being in A-Town after curfew. The commander imposed the following punishment: restriction for 21 days, 21 days extra duty, and a reprimand. An airman first class from the 8th Logistics Readiness Squadron received an Article15 for assault in violation of Article 128, UCMJ. The member was seen kicking another member in the face. The commander imposed the following punishment: a suspended reduction to the grade of airman, restriction for 15 days, 15 days extra duty, and a reprimand. A technical sergeant from the 8th Logistics Readiness Squadron received an Article15 for maltreatment in violation of Article 98, UCMJ. The member used inappropriate language toward a subordinate. The commander imposed the following punishment: a suspended reduction to the grade of Staff Sergeant and a reprimand. A senior airman from the 8th Logistics Readiness Squadron received an Article15 for provoking speeches or gestures in violation of Article 117, UCMJ, and drunk and disorderly in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The member used racial remarks towards the Loring Club staff. The commander imposed the following punishment: a suspended reduction to the grade of airman first class on the condition that a personal apology was given to the club staff, restriction for 30 days, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand. An airman first class from the 8th Operation Support Squadron received an Article15 for leaving their place of duty (AWOL) in violation of Article 86, UCMJ. The member left work early without permission during an exercise. The commander imposed the following punishment: reduction to the grade of Airman, a suspended forfeiture of $729.00 per month for two months, and a reprimand. A staff sergeant from the 8th Civil Engineer Squadron received an Article15 for disrespecting a superior NCO in violation of Article 91, UCMJ, dereliction of duty in violation of Article 92, UCMJ, assault in violation of Article 128, UCMJ, and disorderly conduct in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The member was asked to leave a squadron hooch by a master sergeant. The member refused and became hostile and assaulted a staff sergeant. The commander imposed the following punishment: a suspended reduction to the grade of senior airman, forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months, restriction for seven days, and seven days extra duty. An airman from the 79th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron received an Article15 for failure to obey a lawful general order, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The member wrongfully consumed alcoholic beverages despite being under the legal age of 21. The commander imposed the following punishment: reduction to the grade of airman basic, restriction for 45 days, 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand. A senior airman from the 8th Communication Squadron received an Article15 punishment for failure to obey a lawful general order, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The member was apprehended in A-Town for public intoxication. After checking his identification card, Town Patrol learned that he was under the age of 21. The commander imposed the following punishment: reduction to airman basic, with reduction below airman first class suspended, restriction for 45 days, the portion of the restriction in excess of 20 days suspended, 45 days extra duty, the portion of the extra duty in excess of 20 days suspended, and a reprimand. A staff sergeant from the 8th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received an Article15 for wrongful sexual contact in violation of Article 120, UCMJ. The member grabbed and pinched the nipple of another member's breast. The commander imposed the following punishment: a suspended reduction to the grade of senior airman, forfeiture of $250 pay, and a reprimand. An airman from the 8th Services Squadron received an Article15 for failure to go (AWOL) in violation of Article 86, UCMJ. The member was scheduled to start their shift at 11 p.m. However, the member reported to work at 11:30 p.m. The commander imposed the following punishment: forfeiture of $300 pay and 14 days extra duty.
