SFS and CES take it to the court

SFS, CES battle it out for intramural basketball championship glory

KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Kore -- Wolf Pack members came out to the Kunsan Fitness Center to watch the 8th Security Forces Squadron and the 8th Civil Engineer Squadron intramural basketball teams battle it out for the championship.

The Engineers needed to win two games against the undefeated Defenders. The Engineers came out fighting, easily winning the first game 52 - 29.

It was the nailbiting second game that had the crowd on their feet for the last two minutes. It was a buzzer sinking three-point shot that brought the Engineers to tie 44-44 and sent the game into overtime.

In the end it was the Engineers who pulled out a win 52 - 50 to take the trophy as Wolf Pack Intramural Basketball Champions.
