Reason for nomination:  "Staff Sgt. Richard Ramirez led 10 personnel in revitalizing $250,000 worth of emergency tools that resulted in 100 percent in accounted inventory.  As the flight representative for the Combined Federal Campaign, he made 100 percent contact of his flight in the first 24 hours of the campaign.  Sergeant Ramirez was also the lead technician for an elevator rescue response, where his actions resulted in victim extrication within five minutes.  Additionally, he conducted vehicle training on an emergency response apparatus that increased availability of drivers by 10 percent." - Master Sgt.
