Best thing you've done here: "Traveled around Korea as much as possible and tried as many different foods as I could."

Reason for nomination: "On May 23, Staff Sgt. Tyson T. Labowski distinguished himself as the Pride of the Pack by filling a moments-notice maintenance tasking to GwangJu Air Base, Republic of Korea, in support of bilateral exercise, Max Thunder 11-1. Sergeant Labowski's leadership and commitment were proven when he stepped forward after completing his normal duty hours, and was dispatched to repair an inoperative liquid oxygen cart. Upon arrival to the deployed location, Sergeant Labowski immediately isolated the unserviceable LOX cart to a faulty servicing line globe valve. Realizing there was a lack of support equipment needed to repair the cart, Sergeant Labowski turned his attention to another broken LOX cart deployed from Osan Air Base. He quickly replaced the servicing line and nozzle, allowing aircraft LOX servicing operations to resume. Additionally, Sergeant Labowski performed a full operational check of a War Reserve Material LOX cart, rendering the unit serviceable. Furthermore, Sergeant Labowski displayed his expertise by diagnosing a liquid nitrogen cart quantity gauge discrepancy. His eye for detail quickly identified three valves incorrectly positioned, and immediately corrected the indication anomaly. His actions ensured three pieces of mission essential ground support equipment were returned to service and prevented deviation of the aircraft flying schedule. The singularly distinctive accomplishments of Sergeant Labowski merit recognition as Pride of the Pack." - Master Sgt. Thomas Krueger, 8th Maintenance Squadron
