Kunsan shirts host push-up challenge

Wolf Pack first sergeants hosted the push-up challenge to increase fitness awareness and improve Kunsan physical fitness at the Fitness and Sports Center here June 15. Airmen were allotted 10 minutes to do as many Air Force style push-ups as possible. There were three age groups and a winner from each group.

The male winners were as follows:
30 and younger - Staff Sgt. Prentice Sanders, 8th Operations Support Squadron, with 407 push-ups
31 to 39 - Tech. Sgt. Venerando Cortez, 8th Medical Operations Squadron, with 295 push-ups
40 and older - Maj. Nathaniel Ards, 8th Communications Squadron, with 240 push-ups

The female winners were as follows:
30 and younger - Staff Sgt. Amy Peltier, 8th Logistics Readiness Squadron, with 200 push-ups
31 to 39 - Tech. Sgt. Kristi Reece, 8th Force Support Squadron, with 151 push-ups
40 and older - Master Sgt. Karen Lewis, 8th FSS, with 137 push-ups
