Reason for nomination: "As NCO in charge of maintenance supply liaison, Senior Airman Reynaldo Gutierrez provided premier supply support as he tracked 68 aircraft and ground mission capable parts requests from cradle to grave, ensuring that 52 of those were delivered within an amazing five-day order to receipt time. When assets were delayed due to Air Mobility Command airlift constraints, Airman Gutierrez sprung into action, initiating five green sheets, which expedited airlift of mission critical assets through the transportation pipeline and into the hands of Wolf Pack maintainers. Additionally, he coordinated with the 494th EAMXS to submit two Supply Assist Requests for MICAP heads-up display units that pushed our requirements to #1 in depot release sequence. Finally, when a mission critical aircraft pump was delayed in customs at Incheon International Airport, Seoul, Airman Gutierrez worked with transportation officials to clear the asset for delivery within 24 hours. His steadfast dedication ensured mission essential parts were ordered, tracked and delivered in a timely manner enabling the 8th Fighter Wing to "Take the Fight North". -- Master Sgt.
