KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- Weapons load crew Airmen here competed in the 4th quarter 8th Maintenance Group peninsula loading competition Jan. 11.

Crews from the 421st Aircraft Maintenance Unit, 80th AMU and 35th AMU represented their respective fighter wings in a race-against-time to generate aircraft; minimizing discrepancies and errors along the way.

Through teamwork and camaraderie, each crew was able to improve job performance and identify weak points for even better operations. The competition is one of many exercise tests, which evaluate Airmen's ability to safely and quickly perform their duties and keep the Wolf Pack in the fight.
