AFNet State of Mind: Comm techs keep Wolf Pack connected

Adjusting to the Air Force's network migration, Client Systems Technicians at the Wolf Pack now work directly with a centralized location to accommodate customer requests.

Airmen with the 8th Communications Squadron respond to ticket requests all over base to help and repair computer problems. Requests are now submitted through the Air Force's new Enterprise Service Desk located at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
