Updated 8th Fighter Wing Curfew Policy

Effective March 1, 2013, curfew for Wolf Pack members is midnight to 5 a.m. every day including weekends and holidays. The policy applies throughout the Republic of Korea to all U.S. Air Force military members assigned to or on temporary duty with the 8th Fighter Wing.

During curfew hours, member must be on a U.S. military installation; in an off-installation private residence, or with written permission on their person from their O-3 or higher commander or O-4 or higher supervisor, in off-base lodging other than an private residence, such as an individual hotel room, but not in public areas such as a lounge, bar, casino, pool or lobby.

Personnel who are on leave are exempt from curfew, except the night before they are scheduled to return to work. Service members must have a valid copy of their official leave authorization on their person.

Members who fail to comply with the provision of the order are subject to punishment under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, as well as adverse administrative action authorized by applicable laws and regulations.
