CMSgt. Adegboyega Adeyemo is the Command Chief Master Sergeant “Wolf Chief,” 8th Fighter Wing, Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea. Chief Adeyemo represents the 1,579 Airmen, Soldiers, and Civilian members of the Wolf Pack, serving as the principal advisor to the Commander on all enlisted matters, including those that affect the health, welfare, morale, training, professional development, readiness, quality of life, and effective utilization of assigned personnel. The 8 FW is a primary exercise and rotational force bed-down location for U.S. air component forces, maintaining active flightline operations, war reserve material and munitions at multiple contingency operating bases across the Korean Peninsula. Chief Adeyemo also provides crucial engagement with the Senior Enlisted Leadership of the Republic of Korea Air Force, serving to foster better understanding and improved readiness.
Chief Adeyemo hails from Linden, New Jersey, where he enlisted in the Air Force in 2001 and graduated from the Pavements/Equipment Technical Training Course at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
Chief Adeyemo had a unique opportunity to serve as the 82d Medical Group Senior Enlisted Leader in 2023. Chief Adeyemo has completed multiple deployment tours in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, FREEDOM’s SENTINEL and INHERENT RESOLVE. Prior to his current position, he served as the Senior Enlisted Leader, 52nd Mission Support Group, Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany.
