CFC kicks off Oct. 1

KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea --  The Combined Federal Campaign literally kicks off here at Kunsan with a Tail Gate party and a night of intramural flag football Oct. 1.

The evening starts with a chili cook-off at the Base Exchange courtyard area from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Squadrons will pit their best chili concoctions against each other. The judges--Wolf Chief, Chief's Group president, Shirt's Group president, Company Grade Officer's Association president and the Top-3 president, will determine the winner.

The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the only authorized solicitation of Federal employees in their workplaces on behalf of approved charitable organizations.

The first game of the night, LRS vs. AMMO, kicks off at 6 p.m. Col. Bryan "Wolf" Bearden will toss the coin.

The remaining games will see Army face AMXS' Cobras at 7 pm., SF vs. Med Group at 8 p.m. and MOS against the MXS Dragons at 9 p.m.
