Best thing you've done here: Venturing out and trying Korean cuisine, possibly the best food in the world!

Reason for nomination: "Staff Sgt. Kurtis Mauk has directly advised Commanders and First Sergeants on numerous Article 15 actions. Not only that, within two workdays of incident, he processed, coordinated the investigative agencies, and routed three packages, allowing the Commander the ability to serve within days of the incidents. That is swift and sure justice! In addition, he has managed eight open Article 15s and coordinated closing of actions with 7 AF/JA. He has acted on 80+ Wolf Pack smooth move requests from members this week to ensure their requirements were met, allowing members easy outprocessing from this office. He conducted an Article 137 briefing to incoming members of the Wolf Pack, ensuring their awareness of the 8th FW  Commander's expectations in his wing. Last, he completed 17 notaries for nine clients, addressing critical and time sensitive legal issues which would otherwise detract from our mission. Sergeant Mauk's actions this week have been consistent with the highest demands expected of him and we hope you consider him deserving of this award!" - Capt. Marc Carns/Tech. Sgt. Rachel Staub, 8th Fighter Wing Judge Advocate
