An U.S. Air Force Airman assigned to the 8th Fighter Wing attaches a blank firing adapter to an M4 carbine as part of the general arming process during exercise Beverly Sentinel 26-4 at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea, July 21, 2026. During Bev. Sent. 26-4, 8th FW Airmen were issued M4 carbines and M18 pistols under general arming, a process that facilitates expanded arming of Airmen to bolster installation security and base defense capabilities.
