NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- A ground crew member from the Republic of Korea Air Force performs post-flight maintenance on a ROKAF F-15K Slam Eagle at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. Aug. 5. Airmen and aircraft from the ROKAF 122nd Fighter Squadron are at Nellis to participate in Red Flag 08-4. This marks the first time that the ROKAF has participated in Red Flag, which provides a peacetime "battlefield" within which U.S. and allied aircrews train to fight, survive and win. The ROKAF aircrew and aircraft recently completed exercise MAX THUNDER 08-01 at Kunsan Air Base, which served as bi-lateral training and tune-up for Red Flag, June 16-20.(U.S. Air Force photo by Chief Master Sgt.
