Colonel Lisa A. Davison is currently serving as Group Commander of the 8th Medical Group, Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea where she leads 158 personnel covering two diverse medical and support operations squadrons supporting 2,700 assigned active duty personnel in 19 units. She executes a $3.5 million budget and overseas $29 million infrastructure, 13 buildings, 57 War Reserve Material assemblages and 8 Home Station Medical Response projects while supporting 13 diverse services including a 24 hour ambulance response capability.
In 1996, Colonel Davison received a direct commission to the Air Force Nurse Corps. She has served in a variety of positions to include Chief Nurse, Medical Operations Squadron Commander, AF/SG Chief Consultant for Nursing Services and Associate Nurse Corps Director. In 2007, she deployed in support of OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM. She married her husband, Robert in 1986. They have two grown children, Army Ranger, SFC Ryan Davison and daughter, Kaitlin Davison.
