KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- Col. John Dolan, 8th Fighter Wing commander, presents a gift to Army Sgt. Maj. Michael Leach, 35th ADA Brigade Brigade S3 sergeant major, as thanks for being the guest speaker at the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration at the chapel here Jan. 14.
