    Kunsan opens new joint RAPCON facility

  • KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- Senior Airman Kara Thornton, 555th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron assistant dedicated crew chief, marshals in a "Triple Nickel" F-16 Fighting Falcon from the squadron July 7. More than 10 aircraft assigned to 555th EFS arrived here from Alaska after being hampered by poor weather conditions.
